Will you break anything on my server?
No. We only make changes to fix critical issues, and we document everything we touch.
How long does the audit take?
Most audits are completed within a few hours. You'll have your report within 48 hours.
What if you find something really bad?
We fix critical issues immediately and notify you right away. That's included in the price.
Can you check servers I don't own, like shared hosting?
We need root or sudo access to do a thorough check. Shared hosting limits what we can inspect.
Do you offer ongoing monitoring after the audit?
The health check is a one-time service. If you want ongoing monitoring, we can discuss that separately.
What operating systems do you support?
Linux servers — Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, and derivatives. That covers the vast majority of production servers.
