What every plan includes
24/7 Monitoring
Uptime, disk, CPU, memory, SSL expiry, DNS, and service health. We use Nagios on infrastructure we control — no third-party SaaS watching your servers. When something trips a threshold, we get alerted. Not you.
Monthly patching and security updates
OS packages, web server, database, PHP/runtime versions — kept current, applied during low-traffic windows. Critical CVE patches get applied faster.
Priority incident response
When something breaks, you go to the front of the queue. We acknowledge within the agreed window and start working immediately. No ticket systems, no tier-1 screening.
Stakeholder reports
A monthly summary of what was patched, what was monitored, any incidents and how they were resolved. Written so you can forward it to management or compliance.
Why ongoing support exists
The Health Check finds what is broken and fixes the urgent stuff. But servers do not stay fixed on their own. Packages need patching. SSL certificates expire. Disks fill up. New vulnerabilities get disclosed every week.
Ongoing support means we keep watching after the initial work is done, so small problems get caught before they turn into outages.
We only take ongoing support clients after we've stabilised the stack through a Health Check. That way we know what we're monitoring and we're not inheriting someone else's surprises.
How monitoring works
We run self-hosted Nagios instances — one per client environment. Checks run every few minutes against your servers and services. When a check fails, we get notified directly. If it's something we can fix without waking you up, we do. If it needs your input, we reach out with context and a plan, not just an alert.
You never have to watch a dashboard. That's our job.
